Our one-on-one training sessions are customized with your specific goals in mind. Unlike other Rockwall personal training sessions, each workout has a purpose. Our trainers will teach you the best techniques while introducing you to workouts that last to enhance your lifestyle. Each one-on-one training session lasts duration of 30-60 minutes, and our trainers are flexible to your personal schedule. A professional will determine which personal trainer you will work with that best matches your learning style and health and fitness goals. Your one-on-one Rockwall personal training session will be in the structure of Flexibility Training or Rapid Fit. Check out the difference between each approach in the descriptions below.

Flexibility Training

The Flexibility Training method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a type of athletic stretching technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups. Flexibility Training takes advantage of the stretch reflex and reciprocal inhibition to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Flexibility Training not only improves range of motion and flexibility, but also benefits your cardiovascular and lymphatic system.


Rapid Fit is a calorie blasting, fat burning, high-energy workout that will have you looking, feeling and moving better in a hurry. This workout will enhance all areas of fitness, including strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and recovery.
